clean rooms, proximity to Darling Harbour, spacious bathroom
Deluxe room wasn't worth the extra cost with a view of the highway!!! Check-in confusion led to billing issues!!! Limited fridge selections were disappointing, minimal room service menu needs enhancement!!!

Great stay with stunning views!
We had a lovely one night stay in the Waratah Premium room. The decor is super nice and the staff are really friendly, major shoutout to Amit for the birthday surprises! The views over Barangaroo were fab, and the comfy bed was a winner. Just wished the room was slightly bigger since it’s the top tier besides the suites.

I had a wonderful stay at West Hotel Sydney, despite one lift being out of service. The location impressed me, nestled close to the CBD with great restaurants nearby. The decor radiated style, and the staff showed exceptional assistance throughout my visit.

missingWrote a review on 13 Julinsufficient fridge
The bar fridge hardly serves a purpose, fitting only four cans—no room for anything else. Coffee availability is limited. having only pods was frustrating since more common options weren't provided. The layout makes pick-up and drop-off tricky, as taxis or Ubers can't stop directly outside due to no stopping zones. A fire alarm at 5:00 AM one morning added some unwanted excitement to the stay, although that seemed like a rare occurrence and not a typical hotel issue.

Great Stay with Minor Hiccups
Our family enjoyed a 5-night stay in the King Acacia Room. The location allowed easy exploration of Sydney, and the on-site dining options exceeded our expectations. While the morning fire alarm was unsettling, the friendly staff more than made up for it. Book room early if you have larger luggage!
